We’re looking for an AI Engineering Manager — someone who helps teams do their best work, removes obstacles, builds healthy team dynamics, and ensures that complex AI projects are delivered reliably and on time.
You don’t need to be a hands-on AI engineer — but you do need to understand how modern AI teams work.

🔷 What will you do?
- Lead and grow AI engineering teams (backend, ML, data, QA) through clear goals, trust, and accountability
- Act as a people manager: hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance reviews, and career development
- Ensure successful delivery of AI projects, balancing scope, quality, timelines, and team capacity
- Work closely with AI Tech Leads and other engineers to translate technical plans into executable delivery
- Facilitate healthy team processes: sprint planning, retrospectives, prioritization, and workload balancing
- Remove organizational and operational blockers so engineers can stay focused and productive
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and management to align expectations and outcomes
- Help shape team structure, roles, and scaling plans as the AI department grows
- Foster a culture of psychological safety, ownership, continuous learning, and quality
🔷What do we expect from you?
- 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, Delivery Manager, or Technical Team Lead
- Strong people management skills: coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, and motivation
- Experience leading cross-functional software teams in an agile environment
- Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and make pragmatic trade-offs
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and modern engineering practices
- Comfort working with technical topics, even if you’re not coding day-to-day
- Excellent communication skills in English — clear, structured, and empathetic
- Ownership mindset and ability to take responsibility for team outcomes
🔶 Nice to have
- Experience working with AI / ML / data-heavy systems or AI product teams
- Basic understanding of concepts such as LLMs, ML models, data pipelines, and MLOps
- Previous background as a software engineer, AI engineer, or technical lead
- Experience scaling teams in a fast-growing environment
- Exposure to enterprise or regulated client environments
