We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to help keep our daily operations running smoothly and support our team across various administrative and organizational tasks.

🔷 What you will do?

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle office supplies, mail, and internal documentation
  • Support internal and external event coordination
  • Communicate with vendors and external partners
  • Maintain a well-organized and welcoming office space
  • Provide basic logistical and administrative support to other departments

🔷What we expect from you? 

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or office support role
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and reliable approach to work
