🔷What you will do?
- Develop and maintain web applications using Java and Spring-based technologies under guidance
- Collaborate with team members, including designers and front-end developers, to implement features and improvements
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to learn and improve development practices
- Write clean and readable code while following established coding standards and best practices
- Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues with support from senior team members
- Gradually take responsibility for assigned tasks and features
- Learn and apply new technologies, tools, and development methodologies as part of your professional growth
🔷What we expect from you?
- Basic understanding of Java and the Spring / Spring Boot framework
- Bachelor's or Master`s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Fundamental knowledge of relational databases (SQL basics, simple queries)
- Basic familiarity with front-end technologies, such as JavaScript and at least one framework/library (React or Angular is a plus)
- Basic experience with version control systems (preferably Git)
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills with mentorship and guidance
- Ability to work both independently on simple tasks and collaboratively within a team
- Basic understanding of agile development principles (Scrum/Kanban)
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and openness to feedback
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
