🔷 What you will do?
- Lead and develop a Sales Squad within a defined market segment, taking full ownership of results
- Define and execute sales strategies focused on market expansion and revenue growth
- Set clear, measurable targets for the team and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs
- Actively participate in negotiations and closing of strategic deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends, competition, and technology developments
- Plan and manage the squad’s budget, resources, and annual sales targets
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and other departments to ensure successful project delivery
- Continuously track financial performance and implement corrective measures when needed
- Develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Contribute to company-wide sales and business strategy
- Represent Abysalto in your domain of responsibility
- Drive business development initiatives in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, smart mobility, intelligent transport systems, and digital transformation of utility companies
- Identify and develop new opportunities related to AI-powered platforms, data-driven decision systems, and advanced infrastructure solutions
🔷 What we expect from you?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or similar roles within the ICT industry
- Proven experience in leading sales teams and delivering strong business results
- Strong strategic thinking and market analysis skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Good understanding of ICT services, solutions, products, and maintenance models
- Experience in budget planning and P&L responsibility is a strong advantage
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership mindset with a focus on accountability and ownership
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Valid category B driver’s license
