As we expand our go-to-market team, we’re looking for a Business Development Representative who wants more than a classic sales role. This is an opportunity to grow a new HR SaaS product, shape its market positioning and work with clients across international markets. If you are proactive, comfortable talking to decision-makers and excited by technology, keep reading.
🔷 What will you do?
You will be at the forefront of our HR platform growth — identifying opportunities, leading discovery conversations and running impactful demos that help clients envision real change in their HR processes.
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers across key international markets (inbound & outbound)
- Build and nurture relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers, focusing on long-term value creation
- Lead structured discovery calls to understand business needs, challenges and success criteria
- Translate complex HR and technical requirements into clear, compelling value propositions for non-technical stakeholders
- Design and deliver product demos and scenario-based presentations tailored to client needs
- Guide prospects through the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing support
- Collaborate closely with Product, Delivery and Marketing teams to build and execute winning deal strategies
- Support RFPs, procurement processes, security questionnaires and other pre-sales activities as needed
- Capture customer feedback and market insights to influence product roadmap and go-to-market positioning
- Contribute to sales enablement through demo assets, playbooks, internal training and continuous improvement
🔷 What do we expect from you?
- 3+ years of professional experience in a Presales/ Sales Engineering role for B2B SaaS ( HR tech / enterprise software experience is an advantage)
- Experience in both startup and enterprise environments with the ability to adapt quickly
- Self-starter mindset: curious, resourceful, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership
- Proven experience managing the sales cycle end-to-end (discovery → demo → validation → closing support)
- Domain exposure to HCM/HRMS areas such as Core HR, Talent, Learning, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation is a plus
- Ability to assess business needs and translate them into clear solution designs and value narratives
- Strong presentation skills and storytelling ability
- Orientation to results
- Strong command of English (German as a plus)
