We are looking for a Business Development Lead who will identify how to enter new markets and how to convert opportunity into long-term revenue.
Our advanced solutions are ready for their next phase of growth and we are looking for someone to open new opportunities and shape our go-to-market strategies.

🔷What you will do?
- Lead and manage presales activities from opportunity identification to deal closure
- Shape market entry and go-to-market strategies for our solutions
- Design end-to-end solution proposals and system integration proposals in collaboration with delivery and technology teams
- Estimate solution development costs, assess risks, and negotiate with partners, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Define project budgets, sales strategies, P&L calculations and provide analytical support for new business initiatives
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers on the client side
- Take ownership of revenue, costs, and profitability within your business domain
- Qualify and respond to RFI, RFP, and RFQ requests
- Build strategic partnerships with technology providers and business partners
- Translate market feedback into input for product and solution roadmaps
- You will own revenue growth and commercial performance within your market and solution scope.
- You will be expected to identify opportunities before they are obvious — and turn them into revenue.

- Consistent conversion of complex deals into revenue

🔷What we expect from you?
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or presales within the ICT industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in selling software or complex digital solutions
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Excellent command of English
