You'll work closely with clients and our delivery teams to translate ideas into clear, structured requirements and support the creation of meaningful software solutions.

🔷 What you will do?
- Analyze and model business processes to understand client needs and identify areas for improvement
- Write functional specifications and collaborate with the team to define requirements for development and integration with other systems
- Ensure solution quality through pre-delivery testing and validation
- Actively participate in sprint reviews and gather client feedback to refine product features
- Educate end-users and provide support during the adoption of new solutions
- Support the presales and sales process by contributing to high-level solution proposals
- When needed, coordinate development activities with external partners and vendors
- Promote the product vision and ensure alignment with business goals throughout the lifecycle
- Facilitate adherence to established methodologies and best practices through training and team support
🔹 What we expect from you
- A university degree in IT, economics (informatics focus), or another technical/business-related field
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in software development projects
- Good understanding of business process modeling (BPMN) and experience creating clear, structured documentation
- Basic technical understanding — relational databases, APIs, or fundamentals of SQL are a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to identify, clarify, and prioritize requirements in collaboration with different teams
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with modern collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro)
