At Abysalto, that’s not just a motto - it’s how we work.
Making AI tools available is easy. Turning them into a better way of working across an entire company is not.
We already have a strong AI foundation: experienced AI teams, enterprise tools, an internal AI Hub, and a growing portfolio of use cases. We are now looking for an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to turn that foundation into measurable, company-wide impact.
This is a senior, cross-functional role within Engineering. You will work with leaders and teams across development, business analysis, quality assurance, sales, marketing, recruitment, legal, finance, and operations. Your job is to help each area identify where AI tools create real value, move from ideas to repeatable workflows, and build the knowledge and habits needed for sustained adoption.
You do not need to train models or be a production software engineer. You do need to use modern AI tools hands-on, understand what agents and automation can and cannot do, and translate fast-moving technology into practical changes in how people work.
Ready to dive in?

🔷 What will you do?
- Own the company-wide AI tools adoption roadmap and turn it into clear priorities, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Partner with unit heads to assess current maturity, agree adoption goals, define quarterly plans, and track progress
- Identify and prioritize high-value use cases based on business impact, feasibility, reuse potential, risk, and effort
- Lead initiatives from discovery to sustained use facilitating workshops, coordinating pilots, removing blockers, building lightweight prototypes, and bringing in the right experts when teams need support
- Design scalable enablement including role-based learning paths, practical workshops, office hours, onboarding content, and a network of AI champions
- Own and evolve the AI Hub as an internal product curating approved tools, reusable playbooks, prompts, agents, success stories, FAQs, and lessons learned
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities, especially agentic tools and workflow automation and recommend what Abysalto should test, adopt, scale, or retire
- Embed responsible AI practices into training and delivery, working with security, privacy, legal, and governance stakeholders
- Measure and communicate impact through adoption, productivity, quality, cost, and business-value metrics, with clear reporting to management and unit leaders
🔹 What do we expect from you?
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product or program management, technology enablement, digital transformation, consulting, business analysis, process improvement, or a similar role
- A proven record of driving adoption of new technology or new ways of working across multiple teams; not only launching tools, but achieving sustained use and measurable results
- Hands-on fluency with generative AI, copilots, AI agents and workflow-automation tools, together with a realistic understanding of their limitations and risks
- Strong workflow and process-design skills. You can uncover pain points, redesign work, prioritize use cases, and build a credible value case
- Ability to run and influence cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous problem to pilot, rollout, measurement, and continuous improvement without relying on formal authority
- Excellent facilitation, teaching, and communication skills in Croatian and English. You can make AI understandable and useful to audiences ranging from engineers to legal, sales, and operations teams
- A data-informed mindset and experience defining goals, success measures, dashboards, or business-impact reporting
- Ownership, curiosity, and pragmatism in a field that changes quickly and rarely comes with a complete playbook
🔶 Nice to have
- Experience leading AI, automation, or enterprise software adoption initiatives
- Ability to create useful prototypes with no-code/low-code platforms, workflow tools, APIs, or light scripting
- Background in software product management, engineering, business analysis, or technology consulting
- Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, security, and responsible-use frameworks
- Experience building a center of excellence, champion network, or internal knowledge platform, and evaluating enterprise tools or vendors
🔹 What do we offer?
- A company-wide mandate to shape how AI tools change the way Abysalto works
- Direct collaboration with unit leaders, Engineering, our AI team, and management
- Access to strong internal AI expertise, enterprise-grade tools, and modern infrastructure
- Real ownership; from defining the adoption model to seeing measurable impact in daily work
